1.Periodic Building Patrol Duties

Professional staff patrols the premises once a month. During the patrol, a visual confirmation is made, whether there are abnormalities on the building or not. If abnormalities are detected, the tenant is contacted and the situation explained. For the malfunctions, immediate steps are taken to support a comfortable environment. Moreover, if there is a need for repair, will get an estimate, order the repair and confirm the work when it has been completed.
 

2.Building Facilities Maintenance Service

Arrange and manage the legal inspections of building facilities.
In addition, for repairs on the building facilities, get an estimate, order the repair and confirm the work when completed.
・elevator maintenance check – daily cleaning – check fire equipment – periodic cleaning
・various pumps checked – general waste disposal – cistern, elevated water tank cleaning – mechanical safety equipment – security cameras
